Production Notes
Made using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on lees to build complexity and texture. The grapes are sourced from carefully managed vineyards, with biodynamic farming practices used by the estate.

Pale golden with very fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white blossom combine with subtle brioche and toasted almond notes. The palate is crisp, dry and mineral-driven with bright citrus, orchard fruit and a long, elegant finish.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
