Les Mazelles Thézée Crémant de Loire Blanc Brut is an elegant traditional-method sparkling wine produced in the Cher Valley of the Loire. Crafted predominantly from Chenin Blanc with Chardonnay adding freshness and structure, it combines the Loire's characteristic bright acidity with delicate fruit and floral expression. The vineyards around Thésée lie on clay-limestone and flint-rich soils, locally known as “perruches,” which contribute freshness and mineral character. The finished wine is pale and refined, with fine persistent bubbles, orchard-fruit character and fragrant white-flower notes, making it a versatile, sophisticated alternative to Champagne and particularly well suited to aperitif drinking.

Production Notes
Grapes are hand-harvested into crates and gently slow-pressed, with only the first-press juice used. Fermentation takes place at low temperature to retain freshness and aromatics, followed by a second fermentation in bottle using the traditional method. The wine matures for approximately 18–24 months before disgorgement and receives a Brut dosage.
Tasting Notes
Pale in colour with subtle green highlights and fine, delicate bubbles. The nose offers elegant apple, pear, honeysuckle, acacia and other white-flower aromas, while the palate is fresh, gently dry and harmonious with a delicate mousse and clean, persistent finish.
Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif and particularly well matched with canapés, sushi, seafood, light salads, bruschetta, grilled fish and delicate poultry dishes.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
