Production Notes
The grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed to extract pure, aromatic juice. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness, followed by a secondary fermentation using the Charmat method to achieve natural effervescence. The wine rests briefly on its lees to add subtle complexity before bottling.

Bright straw-yellow with a persistent stream of fine bubbles. The bouquet opens with aromas of citrus, green apple, and white peach, layered with notes of orange blossom and honeydew melon. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, offering flavours of pear, lemon zest, and tropical fruit, balanced by a clean, off-dry finish that enhances its easy-drinking appeal.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
