RETURNS
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Please note that certain products are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods such as food 
- 
Gift cards 
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, for example:
- 
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- 
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email sales@finchleywine.co.uk and send your item to: Finchley Wine, 136 High Road, London, N2 9ED, United Kingdom.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping
To return your item, please post it via Royal Mail 2nd Class and obtain proof of postage to: Finchley Wine, 136 High Road, London, N2 9ED, United Kingdom.
You are responsible for paying your own postage costs when returning an item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your total. For items valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing postage insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
