Production Notes
Grapes sourced from Premier and Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards, predominantly from the Côte des Blancs. Made using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle. Extended ageing on lees (minimum 36 months) enhances complexity and texture. Extra Brut dosage (~5 g/L) ensures a dry, precise style.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers with hints of brioche and chalky minerality. On the palate, crisp acidity and fine mousse frame flavours of citrus, pear and almond, leading to a long, saline finish.
Food Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with oysters, sushi, scallops, grilled white fish and soft cheeses. Best enjoyed within 5–7 years from release.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
