Production Notes
Made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault sourced from select vineyards in Provence and the South of France. The wine undergoes gentle pressing and cool fermentation to retain delicate aromatics and colour, followed by secondary fermentation to develop natural effervescence. A small dosage enhances fruit expression without overpowering freshness.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant deep pink with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals ripe strawberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant aromas alongside hints of floral rose and a touch of pastry. On the palate, it is full and luscious with flavours of red fruits, pomegranate, and cherry balanced by crisp acidity and a soft, creamy mousse. The finish is refreshing, fruity, and smooth.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
