Les 4 Vents Crémant de Limoux Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs is an elegant French sparkling wine combining Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and the historic local Mauzac grape. Produced in Limoux using the traditional bottle-fermentation method, it balances Chardonnay’s finesse, Chenin Blanc’s freshness and Mauzac’s distinctive orchard-fruit character. The Brut Nature designation indicates that little or no dosage is added after disgorgement, resulting in a particularly dry, precise style. Fine bubbles, bright citrus fruit and mineral freshness make it an excellent aperitif and a versatile partner for seafood.

Production Notes
The base wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks before undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle. Extended ageing on the lees develops fine bubbles, texture and complexity. As a Brut Nature wine, it is finished with minimal or no added dosage.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw in colour with a fine, persistent mousse. Delicate aromas of white flowers, pear and ripe citrus are complemented by subtle mineral and brioche notes. The palate is fresh, creamy and precise, with a long, dry and savoury finish.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
