Produced from classic Champagne grape varieties grown in cool-climate vineyards, this elegant cuvée captures the freshness, balance, and refined texture that define English sparkling wine.
Aged on lees for an extended period, it combines crisp fruit character with creamy complexity, offering a vibrant yet sophisticated drinking experience.

Production Notes
Crafted using the Traditional Method with secondary fermentation in the bottle, this Brut Reserve blends Chardonnay for finesse, Pinot Noir for structure, and Pinot Meunier for fruitiness. The wine spends at least 18 months ageing on lees, enhancing richness and developing fine, persistent bubbles. The cool Sussex terroir and chalky soils lend natural acidity and minerality that provide remarkable balance.
Tasting Notes
Bright golden in colour with a delicate and persistent effervescence. The nose reveals aromas of green apple, citrus blossom, and white peach, layered with notes of toasted brioche, almond, and subtle honey. On the palate, it is crisp and expressive with flavours of lemon curd, pear, and hazelnut, finishing long, clean, and elegantly dry.
Food Pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with oysters, crab, and smoked salmon. Also complements roast chicken, creamy risottos, or soft cheeses. Its lively acidity makes it a superb match for sushi and shellfish.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
