Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvée is the flagship English sparkling wine produced in partnership between Champagne Taittinger and Hatch Mansfield.
Named after Charles de Saint-Évremond, a 17th-century Frenchman who popularised Champagne in England, the estate was planted in Kent in 2017 on prime chalk soils.
The Classic Cuvée is crafted in the traditional Champagne method, delivering elegance, freshness, and precision with the hallmark finesse of its Franco-English heritage.

Production Notes
Hand-harvested grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel and partial barrel fermentation for texture. Secondary fermentation in bottle, aged for a minimum of 3 years on lees.
Tasting Notes
Pale golden with fine bubbles. Aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers with subtle brioche. The palate is crisp and refined, showing orchard fruit, lemon zest, and a chalky mineral backbone with a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairings
Best 2024–2030. Perfect as an aperitif, or with oysters, smoked salmon, light poultry, or soft cheeses.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
