Production Notes
Produced using the Traditional Method (same as Champagne), the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and matures on its lees for at least 12 months to achieve complexity and finesse. The blend of native Spanish grapes – Xarel·lo for structure, Macabeo for elegance, and Parellada for freshness – ensures harmony and brightness in every glass.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose offers lively aromas of green apple, citrus peel, and white flowers, layered with subtle hints of brioche and almond from lees ageing. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with flavours of pear, lemon zest, and light toastiness, finishing clean and delicately dry.
Food Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif or with seafood dishes such as oysters, prawns, and grilled fish. It also pairs beautifully with tapas, salads, soft cheeses, and light poultry dishes.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
