Révélation du Château La Commanderie de Queyret is a full-bodied Bordeaux Supérieur made from a Merlot-dominant blend with Cabernet Sauvignon. Produced as the estate’s flagship red, it combines generous ripe fruit with polished structure and subtle oak influence.
Merlot supplies roundness and dark-fruit richness, while Cabernet Sauvignon contributes freshness, tannin and length. The wine received a Gold Medal and 95 points at the 2026 Decanter World Wine Awards.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red with inviting aromas of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry, supported by subtle spice, vanilla and toasted oak. Rich and rounded on the palate, with concentrated fruit, smooth tannins and balanced freshness leading to a persistent finish.
Production Notes
Produced primarily from Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon. Approximately 40% of the wine is matured for 12 months in oak barriques, adding roundness, structure and a subtle toasted character without overwhelming the fruit.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with roast beef, grilled steak, lamb, duck, rich casseroles, barbecued meats, mushroom dishes and mature cheeses.
For the best expression, serve at approximately 16–18°C and consider decanting before serving.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
