Clos Bagatelle Blanc is a refined white from the Saint-Chinian appellation in the Languedoc, produced by one of the region’s most historic family domaines (dating back to 1623).
This cuvée blends Mediterranean white varieties to deliver freshness, aromatic complexity, and elegance. It reflects the estate’s philosophy of balancing tradition with a modern, precise winemaking style.

Production Notes
Grapes are hand-harvested from limestone-clay soils on hillside vineyards. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve aromatics, followed by blending to achieve harmony. A portion may be matured on fine lees to enhance body and texture. The style avoids heavy oak, focusing instead on freshness and balance.
Tasting Notes
Pale golden with green reflections. Expressive aromas of white peach, citrus, pear, acacia, and Mediterranean herbs, with subtle hints of honey and spice. Medium-bodied with lively acidity. Flavours of stone fruits, citrus zest, and floral notes, balanced by a creamy texture from lees ageing. Elegant, mineral, and persistent with a touch of salinity.
Food Pairings
Excellent with grilled fish, shellfish, seafood risotto, goat cheese, Mediterranean vegetables, and poultry in creamy sauces.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
