The appellation of Pouilly-Fuissé is highly regarded for producing rich yet elegant white wines with both minerality and roundness.
The 2021 vintage reflects a cooler growing season in Burgundy, delivering wines of freshness, purity, and balance. Louis Jadot, a benchmark Burgundy house, vinifies this cuvée with a focus on terroir expression, minimal intervention, and harmony between fruit, acidity, and subtle oak.

Production Notes
Grapes sourced from multiple parcels across Pouilly-Fuissé. Hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels, with a proportion of new oak for texture and complexity. Ageing on fine lees adds depth and finesse.
Tasting Notes
Pale gold in colour with aromas of citrus zest, green apple, pear, and acacia blossom, layered with hints of hazelnut and subtle vanilla. The palate is vibrant, with crisp acidity balanced by a creamy texture, showing flavours of lemon curd, white peach, and almond. The finish is long, mineral-driven, and elegant.
Food Pairings
Perfect with seafood (grilled prawns, scallops, lobster), roasted poultry, creamy pastas, or goat’s cheese. Also pairs well with sushi and lightly spiced Asian dishes.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
