The “Le Bouchet” vineyard is one of the most celebrated sites in the area, producing wines with expressive fruit and a fine mineral backbone.
The 2023 vintage offers youthful vibrancy and purity, with a focus on crisp orchard fruit and subtle floral notes, making it a classic example of accessible yet terroir-driven white Burgundy.

Production Notes
Grapes harvested from the single vineyard “Le Bouchet” in Lugny. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit character. No or very limited oak ageing, emphasising purity and minerality. Short lees ageing adds subtle roundness.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow. Aromas of green apple, pear, citrus zest, and acacia blossom. The palate is lively and refreshing with crisp acidity, flavours of lemon, peach, and subtle almond, finishing with a clean mineral edge.
Food Pairings
Best enjoyed young for its freshness, ideally 2024–2028. Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, roast chicken, creamy pastas, and goat’s cheese. Also versatile with vegetarian dishes such as asparagus risotto.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
