Domaine J.A. Ferret Pouilly-Fuissé 2022 is a refined expression of Chardonnay from one of the most historic and respected domaines in the Mâconnais.
Founded in 1840 and renowned for its pioneering women winemakers, J.A. Ferret has long been considered a benchmark for Pouilly-Fuissé.
The 2022 vintage reflects a generous growing season, producing wines with ripe fruit concentration, balanced freshness, and terroir-driven minerality. This cuvée shows the house’s hallmark precision and depth, combining richness with elegance.

Production Notes
Grapes from estate vineyards in Pouilly-Fuissé, grown on clay-limestone soils. Fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels (10–20% new oak). Lees ageing with gentle bâtonnage adds texture and complexity. Minimal intervention to preserve purity of fruit and terroir expression.
Tasting Notes
Pale gold with green reflections. Aromas of citrus, pear, white peach, almond, and acacia blossom, layered with hints of brioche and subtle oak spice. The palate is vibrant and textured, showing ripe orchard fruits, lemon curd, and mineral notes, finishing with elegance and persistence.
Food Pairings
Best enjoyed 2024–2032. Perfect with seafood (lobster, scallops, prawns), roast chicken, creamy pastas, and goat’s cheese. It also complements delicate Asian cuisine.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
