Stéphane Ogier Côte-Rôtie Mon Village 2022 is an accessible yet refined introduction to the famed Côte-Rôtie appellation, crafted by one of the Rhône’s most celebrated winemakers.
Ogier is renowned for his precise, terroir-driven wines, and Mon Village offers a pure expression of Syrah grown on the schist and granite slopes of Ampuis.
The 2022 vintage, marked by warm conditions with excellent ripeness, produced a wine that balances dark fruit concentration with elegance and silky tannins, showcasing Côte-Rôtie’s hallmark finesse.

Production Notes
Grapes hand-harvested from a selection of vineyard parcels around Ampuis. Partial destemming, traditional fermentation, and co-fermentation with a touch of Viognier. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels (20–30% new). Minimal intervention to preserve site expression.
Tasting Notes
Deep garnet with purple hues. Aromas of blackberry, cassis, violet, smoked meat, and black pepper. The palate is medium to full-bodied, combining ripe dark fruits, savoury spice, and subtle floral lift from Viognier. Polished tannins and fresh acidity carry through to a long, elegant finish.

Best 2025–2035. Ideal with roast lamb, venison, duck breast, or beef stew. Complements earthy dishes with mushrooms and truffle

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
