Production Notes
Grapes are hand-harvested from old vines grown on limestone and clay soils in Languedoc. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel or concrete vats. Minimal sulphur use, bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve authenticity and texture. The goal is to express fruit purity and natural freshness with minimal manipulation.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red with slight haziness (natural style). Aromas of black cherries, raspberries, wild herbs, and a touch of spice. Medium-bodied, juicy, and lively. Red and black fruit flavours are supported by herbal and earthy undertones. Smooth tannins and bright acidity make it easy-drinking and fresh. Fruity, clean, and slightly rustic with a vibrant natural energy.
Food Pairings
Excellent with Mediterranean tapas, charcuterie, barbecue, vegetarian dishes (grilled aubergines, ratatouille), and soft cheeses.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
