Production Notes
Produced under the Prosecco DOC Rosé classification, the wine follows the Charmat (tank) method for secondary fermentation, ensuring a vibrant, delicate mousse. The Glera grapes provide aromatic lift and freshness, while the Pinot Nero adds colour, structure, and subtle berry tones. After fermentation, it is aged briefly on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity before bottling.

Pale pink in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The bouquet opens with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, rose petals, and hints of white peach. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with a delicate balance between red fruit, citrus zest, and a soft creamy texture. We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
