Production Notes
The grapes are harvested in the early morning to preserve freshness and acidity. Each variety is vinified separately, with gentle pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures to retain delicate fruit aromas. The wine is aged on fine lees for a short period to enhance texture and complexity before blending and bottling.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in colour, the wine opens with aromas of ripe citrus, white peach, and subtle tropical fruits complemented by hints of herbs and minerality. On the palate, it is fresh, well-balanced, and elegant, with flavours of lemon zest, pear, and melon leading to a clean, persistent finish marked by crisp acidity and a touch of salinity.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
