Tío Pepe Fino En Rama is a premium unfiltered sherry that represents the purest expression of traditional Jerez winemaking. “En Rama” means the wine is bottled with minimal intervention—without heavy filtration or clarification—giving it a more intense, fresh and authentic character straight from the cask.
Aged under a layer of natural yeast known as “flor” using the traditional solera system, this wine showcases the complexity and heritage of Spanish sherry. It is vibrant, dry, and full of personality, offering a more raw and expressive style compared to standard Fino.

Produced using 100% Palomino grapes, aged biologically under flor yeast in the solera system for around 5 years, and bottled “En Rama” without filtration for maximum character and freshness.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
