San Marzano F Negroamaro is a premium red wine from Salento in southern Puglia, produced from Negroamaro grapes sourced from old bush-trained vines in the area around Monte La Conca, between San Marzano and Francavilla Fontana. It is a concentrated and full-bodied expression of this indigenous variety, combining ripe dark-fruit character with Mediterranean herbs, spice and the complexity gained from oak maturation. The warm climate, red soils and cooling influences of the nearby seas contribute richness while retaining balance, resulting in a powerful yet polished expression of Negroamaro.

Production Notes
Produced from Negroamaro grapes harvested from old bush-trained vines. After temperature-controlled fermentation and extended maceration, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation before maturation for approximately 12 months in French and Caucasian oak barriques, followed by further refinement in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple-red in colour with intense aromas of ripe black cherry, blackberry and plum complemented by cocoa, spice and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is rich and full-bodied with concentrated dark fruit, velvety tannins, balanced freshness and a long, persistent finish.
Food Pairings
Pairs particularly well with slow-cooked beef, roast lamb, grilled red meats, game, rich pasta dishes and mature hard cheeses.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
