St-Germain is a French artisanal liqueur made from fresh, handpicked elderflowers harvested once a year during spring. Introduced in 2007, it quickly gained recognition for its unique floral flavour and iconic Belle Époque–inspired bottle.
Known as the “bartender’s ketchup” due to its versatility, it adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to both classic and modern cocktails.

Production Notes
Around 1,000 elderflower blossoms are used to create each bottle. Flowers are hand-harvested in the Alps and immediately macerated in grape spirit to capture their freshness before being blended with a small amount of sugar.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and delicate with aromas of white flowers, pear, lychee, and citrus zest. On the palate it is lightly sweet, floral, and fruity with a soft, silky texture and a refreshing finish.
Food Pairings
Works beautifully as a flavour enhancer in a Gin & Tonic or Margarita twist. Pairs with light appetisers, fruit tarts, or goat’s cheese salads.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
