OTHER LA VENTANA is a vibrant, low-intervention chilled red wine created by the OTHER wine project in collaboration with Cerro Chapeu, a family-owned winery located in Uruguay's Rivera region near the Brazilian border. Produced entirely from Arinarnoa, a cross between Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine showcases the unique terracotta-red sandy soils of the region. Unfiltered and minimally handled, it offers a fresh, juicy expression with remarkable purity and is designed to be enjoyed slightly chilled.

Production Notes
Hand-harvested Arinarnoa grapes are grown on mineral-rich terracotta-red sandy soils. The wine undergoes semi-carbonic maceration before fermentation and is bottled unfiltered with minimal intervention to preserve its natural fruit character and freshness.
Tasting Notes
Refreshing aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, mint and sweet spices lead into a juicy palate with soft red and dark berry fruits, earthy savoury notes, gentle meaty complexity and smooth tannins. Bright acidity and mineral freshness make it particularly enjoyable when served lightly chilled.
Food Pairings
Serve lightly chilled alongside grilled lamb, beef, barbecue dishes, hearty stews, charcuterie and mature cheeses. It is also an excellent wine for relaxed outdoor dining and sharing with friends.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
