Produced by Karavitakis Winery, a family estate known for its modern approach to traditional Cretan varieties, this blend offers freshness, structure, and complexity.
It reflects the island’s sunny Mediterranean climate balanced by cooling Aegean breezes, resulting in a wine that is both vibrant and elegant.

Production Notes
Hand-harvested grapes from selected hillside vineyards in western Crete. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve aromatic intensity. Some lees ageing may be employed to add texture and depth, while oak is generally avoided to maintain freshness and varietal character.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw-yellow with green highlights. Aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, stone fruits, and white flowers, with subtle herbal and mineral notes. Fresh and lively, with crisp acidity from Vilana and body and stone-fruit richness from Vidiano. Balanced, smooth, and elegant. Clean, mineral, and refreshing with lingering fruit notes.
Food Pairings
Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, Greek salads, stuffed vegetables, and light cheeses. Also excellent as an aperitif.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
