G.D. Vajra crafts this Langhe Nebbiolo with the same care as its top crus, offering an elegant and approachable style that reflects the Langhe’s limestone and clay soils.
It captures Nebbiolo’s hallmark aromas and structure in a softer, more accessible frame than Barolo.

Production Notes
Hand-harvested grapes from younger vineyards across Barolo and Novello. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, long maceration on skins for gentle tannin extraction. Matured partly in stainless steel and large neutral oak to preserve fruit vibrancy and add subtle complexity.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of red cherry, rose petals, raspberry and violets, with hints of liquorice and spice. The palate is fresh and medium-bodied, showing silky tannins, bright acidity and a persistent, mineral-driven finish.
Food Pairings
A versatile food wine, pairing beautifully with truffle pasta, risotto, grilled poultry, charcuterie, roast pork and aged cheeses.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
