Fortaleza Blanco is regarded as one of the most authentic representations of traditional tequila-making.
Produced by the Sauza family’s fifth generation in their historic distillery, it is bottled unaged to showcase the natural character of agave.
The spirit reflects the terroir of the Tequila Valley, delivering a flavour profile that is earthy, vegetal, and mineral-driven, with exceptional depth compared to many modern tequilas.

Production Notes
Handcrafted in small batches at Destilería La Fortaleza. Mature Blue Weber agaves are slowly cooked in stone brick ovens, crushed by a traditional stone tahona wheel, fermented in open-air wooden tanks, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is rested briefly before bottling, with no oak ageing and no additives, preserving its raw agave character.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
