Domaine ODDO Vallon des Glauges Rosé Bio 2024 is a refined organic Provençal rosé produced in the heart of the Alpilles. Crafted from a harmonious blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Counoise, it displays a delicate pale pink colour and captures the freshness and elegance typical of the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. The nose reveals expressive aromas of wild red berries, vine peach and subtle citrus, while the palate is beautifully rounded with vibrant freshness, silky texture and a long, crisp finish. This elegant rosé combines richness with finesse, making it an ideal wine for both relaxed summer drinking and fine dining.

Production Notes
Produced from organically grown grapes, the fruit is harvested and carefully sorted before being destemmed and cold settled. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing on the full lees for several weeks to preserve freshness while enhancing texture and aromatic complexity. The estate achieved official Organic Agriculture certification in 2023 after completing its conversion to organic viticulture.
Tasting Notes
Pale pink in colour, the wine offers aromas of small red berries, vineyard peach and delicate citrus. The palate is smooth, generous and fresh with flavours of ripe summer fruits, balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish that reflects the character of Provence.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Finchley Wines).
