Bramìto della Sala is a refined expression of Chardonnay from the historic Castello della Sala estate, owned by Marchesi Antinori.
Situated in the rolling Umbrian hills, the vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate that combines warm days and cool nights, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop remarkable aromatic complexity.
The wine is a youthful, elegant sibling to the famous Cervaro della Sala, offering a perfect balance of freshness, minerality, and subtle oak influence that captures the essence of central Italian terroir.

Production Notes
The Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before gentle pressing. Fermentation occurs partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels, where the wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation to achieve roundness and depth. After ageing on the lees for several months, it is blended and bottled to retain its lively fruit profile while adding texture and finesse from the oak.
Tasting Notes
Bright straw-yellow in colour, Bramìto opens with aromas of ripe apple, white peach, and tropical fruits intertwined with delicate hints of vanilla, butter, and toasted hazelnut. The palate is rich yet vibrant, featuring layers of citrus and stone fruit supported by a fine mineral backbone. The finish is long and creamy, leaving notes of almond and a touch of spice.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
